VARIETY

100% Charlonnay, night-harvested exclusively from our vineyard at the Torrecera Estate.

AGEING

Grape harvest sorted using inert gas. Macerated for 24 hours at 8ºC (must and skins) before fermentation in CO2-inertised tanks before being cold pressed. Fermented with selected yeasts at 17ºC for 16 days. Bottle fermentation for 9 months following the champenoise method.

Fine, vivacious bubbles with persistent, light rosaries. Fine, fresh and fruity on the nose, with a plenitude of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and white flowers.

taste

Delicious, subtle aromas of brioche that add a touch of complexity. A perfectly balanced wine with texture. A firmly predominating freshness, well-rounded with a long finish layered with fruity aromas and the saline notes so characteristic of this winemaking region.
