Chardonnay, night-harvested exclusively from our vineyards on the Torrecera Estate.
Fermented and aged on lees. Bottle-aged for three months before being released for sale. This is an excellent wine to cellar for several years.
This wine was served at Spain’s ROYAL ACADEMY OF GASTRONOMY awards ceremony dinner held at Madrid’s Royal Theatre on November 14, 2013.
Chardonnay varietal-driven, with scents of peach and apricot mingling with citrus notes of orange and grapefruit peel.
Very smooth and silky, well-balanced acidity with a lasting freshness. The aftertaste brings back layers of floral and citrus notes.
